Show New Utah - Thursday, August 26, 2004 - Page 14 Watercolor class for beginners is offered Former teen idol to appear at SCfl?A The American Fork Art CouncilVisual Art Board will start a watercolor class for beginners on Sept. 11, which will continue each Saturday until Sept. 25. The instructor is Angie Player. She is an experienced experi-enced watercolorist who has studied extensively with MaryAnn Judd Johnson. The class time is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the lower level of the Senior Citizen Center, 54 E. Main. The cost of registration and needed watercolor paper is $20. Watercolor sets and brushes are available for those who do not have their own. Registration forms are available at the American Fork Library, American Fork City Administration Building, the fitness center cen-ter and the American Fork Art Council Office (the trailer behind the fitness center). Call Sydney, 756-3738, or the Art Council, 763-3081, for additional information. This class is partially funded by the Utah State "Fine Arts Council and the National Endowment of the Arts. MaryAnn Judd Johnson will teach an advanced watercolor class in October. The cartoon class offered in July will be repeated in October also.
