Joan spent many hours quilting and made many quilts enjoyed by her grandchildren. Her family will cherish the memories with grandma and the example she set. She is survived by her husband Joe of Pleasant Grove; six children: Leon (Sundee) Hilton, Belton, TX; Lynn (Jeanette) Hilton, Pleasant Grove; Jodene (Larry) Sirkel, Pleasant Grove; Pauline (Bryce) Petersen, Hyrum; Arlen (Barbara) Hilton, Pleasant Grove; and Larry (Sandy) Hilton, Pleasant Grove; 33 grandchildren and 17 greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Additional survivors include siblings: LaPreal Crystal, Reed Walker, Gayle Blackham, Burdene Shores, Edith Jean Harris, Boyd Walker, Royce Walker, and Judy Pyne. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 12, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the Timpanogos First Ward Chapel, 200 North 400 East, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call at the church on Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. Bryan Nathaniel Howes, 18, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2004 sur rounded by his family. He was born August 19, 1985 in Oregon City, Oregon Ore-gon the son of David John and Mary Ann Clark Howes. Bryan brought love and j a 1 many precious memories to every life he touched. He had an infectious laugh and a determination in life that was amazing. He is survived by his foster fos-ter parents, Kent and Doreen Snyder, foster brothers, Andrew, William and Michael Snyder, his brother and wife, Eric and Amberlee Howes and nephew Adam Bryan, his sister and husband, Molly Ann and David Barrington and his grandmother, Beva Clark and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other loved ones and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Adam, his grandparents, grand-parents, Lloyd Clark, Maurice Mau-rice and Mary Howes. Funeral services were held 11 am Saturday, February Feb-ruary 7, 2004 in the Anderson Ander-son & Sons Mortuary Chapel, 49 E 100 N, American Ameri-can Fork, Utah.
