' "Our atmosphere is what makes us unique," said Aaron Wallick, manager of Rumbi Island Grill's newest location. The Lehi American Fork Rumbi Island Grill opened its doors Friday, becoming the 21st restaurant in the chain. "We have been open four days, and the response has been tremendous," Wallick said. "We have surpassed even more than we imagined we could have." Wallick said the popularity of the new location in only the opening weekend makes them think that they will be one of the restaurant's top selling locations. The restaurant emphasizes its atmosphere as its unique factor, providing customers with the island feeling in every ev-ery aspect of their visit, from the menu to the island music pumping through the room.
