And at this point in his learning learn-ing experience, he is required to choose material, then cut out and sew a pair of boxer shorts for himself. Earlier in the year, class members learned the basics of cooking including uii sons oi breads, cakes and cookies -naturally. They were required to consume the results - themselves. them-selves. Before the class is over, they will also complete a unit on money management. The class is taught by Mrs. Nola Jean Barzee, home economics econo-mics at the high school, and has proven extremely popular since it began several years ago. The course will run Monday and Wednesday nights for eight three-hour sessions, beginning January 5. The special course is to improve im-prove the skills of drivers already al-ready employed and meet any particular problems they are encountering, said Dr. Plothow. Ploth-ow. Particular companies may send their drivers and get individual indi-vidual attention on problems of that company. Instructors will be Phil Kresge, Lynn Asay, and Ted Lockhart, all qualified and experienced ex-perienced professional drivers. A record will be kept of each student's progress and a report made to his employer, said Dr. Plothow. Upon satisfactory completion, the driver will be given a wallet-sized certificate. Registration, either by the individual driver or his company, com-pany, can be completed between now and the start of class at Utah Technical College at Provo, or on the night of the beginning class January 5.
