Her attendants are Cecily Brown, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Brown and Heidi Price, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Price. Shawna Adamson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Adamson, was named queen of the Minor Leagues. The royalty was announced at the annual WBBA Queen contest held on May 23 at the Forbes Elementary School. The new Queens were crowned by Lisa Savage, 1974 Major League Queen, and Shannon Shan-non Haag, Minor League Queen. The contest was under the direction of Douglas E. Nicholes, president of the National League, with Gloria Parker serving as contest chairman. chair-man. She was assisted by committee com-mittee members Barbara Owen, Ann Searle, Bonnie Myers, LaVee Gurney, Andrea Herrera and Mary Lou Stewart. Each of the 20 major and minor league teams had selected select-ed a team queen prior to the pageant, with the winners chosen from among these little misses. The pageant committee expressed ex-pressed their appreciation to local merchants for their support sup-port of the contest including Deveys, American Fork Nursery, Nur-sery, Mode 0 Day, Christen-sens, Christen-sens, Barratts, Chipmans, Arctic Arc-tic Circle, Parkers Husky Station, Reams, Taylor Drug, Western Auto, Robinson Sprot-ing Sprot-ing Goods, Timp Valley Floral, B & D Electric, Sprouse Reitz, Last's Watch Repair, J.C.
