The darling little boy arrived weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and as Dad had to return so soon to Seattle no name as yet has been chosen. Sharing grandparent honors are Mrs. Theda Parduhn of A-merican A-merican Fork and Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Bentley of Provo and Jaren Parduhn of Am. Fork. Great grandparents are Mr, and Mrs!. Henry C. Parduhn and Mr. and Mrs. Bert Bezzant of Pleasant Grove. The Bloomquist family resided in American Fork for a number num-ber of years. Mr. Bloomquist was recog nized as a leading painter and decorator in this area. His talent tal-ent extended also to oil paintings. paint-ings. Many of the residents will remember the Biblical pictured pic-tured he painted on the walls of the old First Ward church, which unfortunately could not be preserved when the building was razed. Mr. Bloomquist died in May of 1948 Funeral service's were held in Thelma Moss Recovering From Heart Attack Word has been received from Coleen Simpkins who with her family Just returned from St. George' that her mother, Mrs. George Moss, is getting better Salt Lake City, " Tuesday and burial was made in the Was atch Lawn Memorial Park. Bountiful. Surviving also are 34 grandchildren, grand-children, 15 great-great grandchildren. from her heart attack. While in Los Angeles around the 1st of June, Mrs. George Moss, who was thte at the market buying for her store, suffered a heart attack. She spent a couple of weeks at the Pomona Valley Hospital and after being released she spent another two weeks at the home of Le'on Moss in Chlno, California Calif-ornia until last week when she returned to St. George? where she will finish recuperating at home. . . Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Simkins spent last weekend with her mother and reports that she Is gt'ttlng along quite Veil now.
