House no. 1 is located at 255 North 400 East. House no. 2 is located at 261 North 400 East. Both houses are presently occupied and arrangements will need to be made with the renters in the event of a change of occupancy. Financing must be available within 90 days of a successful bid. A $1,000.00 refundable bid deposit is required for each house.
