Show NOTICE TO PUBLIC PUBLIC HEARING On the design features of a proposed highway project which will entail the widening and reconstruction of State Route 52 (800 North in Orem) from State Street in Orem to Olmstead Junction at U.S. Highway 189. Project No. RF-019-1(15) formerly Project No. F-RF-0190K15) The Utah Transportation Tran-sportation Commission herewith advised all interested persons or groups of the proposed construction of Project NO.RF-019-K15) on State Route 52 (800 North Street in Orem) in Utah County. All are hereby invited to attend and to participate in a Design Public Hearing on said project which will be held at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 17, 1981 in Orem City Hall, Multi-purpose Room, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah. The governing officials of Utah County and Orem City have been advised. The location of the project is as follows: Beginning at State Street at 800 North Street in Orem, the proposed alignment follows the existing 800 North to Olmstead Junction at U.S. Highway 189. Information to be presented at the hearing will include a discussion of the major design alternatives of the project, current schedules for right-of-way acquisition and for construction, and an explanation of relocation assistance programs. Appropriate illustrative materials, including illustrations, maps, and drawings will be available for inspection. in-spection. During the hearingyerbal and., or written" ' testimony pertaining to the design features of the proposed project will be received from all interested persons or groups. Any person or group unable to' attend the public hearing, but wishing, to give testimony pertinent to the aforementioned project, may do so in writing. At any time during regular office hours, maps, drawings and other pertinent information in-formation developed by the Utah Department of Transportation and written views received to date by the Department Depart-ment from any interested in-terested persons or groups will be available for public inspection, and copying at Utah Department of Transportation, Tran-sportation, District no. 6 Headquarters, 825 North 900 West, Orem, Utah. This is the last public hearing planned for this project. After the proceedings of the public hearing are published and reviewed and the design is selected, the Utah Department of Transportation Tran-sportation will proceed with the preparation of the Plans, Specifications and Estimates. Fraughton AMERICAN FORK-Edna FORK-Edna Merle Milliner Fraughton, 79, died June 8, 1981 in Provo. She was born Sept. 17, 1901 in Oakley Summit County, Utah to Joseph and Sarah Ann Wooley Milliner. She married Harold Charles Fraughton March 7, 1922 in Heber. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died in 1945. She was active in the Relief Society in the LDS Church. Survivors include grandchildren, Donald Fraughton of Lindon; Larry, Wayne, April Dawn, Yvonne Smith, Mrs. Sterling (Ruth Ann) Baker all of Provo; great grandsons, grand-sons, daughter-in-law Doris Smith.
