As the owner of Wedding Express in Pleasant Grove for the past seven years, Lassen has helped anxious brides decorate deco-rate their dream day. Originally Original-ly she had two business partners, part-ners, but when circumstances required them to relocate, she renovated the business to operate oper-ate with just one person. Today, Lassen, her husband and her future daughter-in-law decorate an average of one to two weddings every month. Summer months are far busier; Lassen arranged eight weddings wed-dings in both June and August this year. Despite the large number of celebrations, Lassen customizes custom-izes each one. "All weddings are unique," she said. "My decorations are very tailored to different needs." Wedding Express does not offer package deals and every bride can choose as much or as little as she wants from Lassen's Las-sen's extensive supply.
