The course is designed to train soldiers to perform unit maintenance mainte-nance and recovery operations on gasoline and diesel fueled light-wheeled light-wheeled vehicles, including prime movers designated as five-ton or less and their associated trailers, and associated items. Soldiers were trained to perform maintenance and recovery- operations on track and heavy-wheeled vehicles, and on material handling equipment; maintain main-tain power assisted brake systems, vehicle suspension systems wheel hub assemblies, mechanical steering systems, hydraulic power steering systems, and crane hoistwinch assemblies. as-semblies.
