Show Society Events and Accomplishments of local citizens Page 4 Orem-Geneva Times Wednesday, September 6, 1989 Hyrum and Lyla Butler celebrate 50th anniversary Hyrum Grant and Lyla June Fautin Butler will celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary at an open house in their honor to be held Saturday, September 9, 1989 from 3-4:30 p.m. at the Lakeridge 4th Ward Cultural Hall at 158 East 1100 South, Orem. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Grant and June were married September 6, 1989 in the Salt Lake Temple. They have one son and five daughters: Brent R. Butler, But-ler, Covered Bridge Canyon; Mrs. Rulon (Jeniel) Madsen, Lindon; Mrs. Richard (Judy) Turnbow, Mrs. Gayle (Barbara) McMurray, Bonnie Lott, and Mrs. David (Susan) Hansen, all of Orem; 29 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Celese Naisbitt to marry Richard Robinson Friday Marcella Naisbitt is happy to announce the marriage of her mother, Celese Naisbitt, daughter of Sherman and Connie Cloward of Fruit Heights, to Richard J. Robinson, son of James and Vanae Robinson, Orem, on September 8, 1989 in the Jordan River LDS Temple. A reception will honor the couple that evening from 7-9 in the Lakeridge 2nd-9th meetinghouse meeting-house at 650 S. 200 W., Orem. She is employed in the corporate office of Quaker State Minute Lube in Salt Lake City. The groom is a graduate of Mountain View High School and LDS Seminary where he was on the football team. He served an LDS mission in the Massachusetts Mas-sachusetts Boston Mission. He has attended Utah Valley Community Com-munity College and Utah State University.
