One element of a weight reduction program is psychological, according to Sebrell, i who pointed out that "the Weight Watchers "organization is unique in bringing members together in groups under a trained and experienced leader who, through skilled use of modern methods of behavioral psychology, assists members in maintaining main-taining and in reinforcing the motivation to lose 1 weight. License Revoked In the midst of a six month campaign against overweight, the West German Health Ministry recently revoked a West Berliner's drivers license. Officials ruled him too fat and, therefore, a menace in traffic. The courts upheld the ruling. "Whether lifting the licenses of fat motorists is sufficient motivation for losing weight and for learning learn-ing how to keep it off is rather moot, "observed Die Trentman area director for Weight Watchers in Utah. Obesity is a universal problem from Birmingham, to Bridgeport, to Barcelona, to Berlin. There has to be a common, universal method of helping the overweight," Trentman said. Dr. William H.
