Show IRS Says 4th Quarter Tax Due SALT LAKE CITY UTAH -The deadline for final payment of 1972 estimated Federal Individual In-dividual Income tax Is Monday, January 15, 1973, Roland V. Wise, District Director of Internal In-ternal Revenue fo Utah, said today. Some taxpayers may have to make an amended estimate by January 15, f their income changed substantially during the last quarter of 1972. The worksheet work-sheet contained in the 1972 estimated es-timated tax packaged received by taxpayers provides space to compute an amended estimate. Other taxpayers may have to file an Original 1972 declaration on Form 1040-ES by January 15, If they Just met the filing requirements during the fourth quarter, according to Mr. Wise. Taxpayers do not have to pay the last installment or file an original or amended declaration otherwise due January 15, if they file their 1972 income tax returns re-turns and pay all of the tax due by Wednesday, January 31, 1973. Due dates are different for farmers and commercial fishermen, fish-ermen, Mr. Wise said. Publication Publica-tion 505, 'Tax Witholding and Declaration of Estimated Tax,' furnishes additional Information on this subject. It Is available free, in person or by mail, from your IRS district office. Orem South Stake Conference Report Clarence Robinson, Regional Representative, met with members mem-bers of the Orem South Stake in quarterly stake conference which was held Sunday in the Alpine Stakehouse in American Fork. President Phil Shumway was in charge. In the opening address he urged those attending to observe the principles of the church. He spoke of the football foot-ball coach who dressed his players in protective clothing to keep them from Injury. In the same way everyone should clothe themselves In the full armor of God In order toprotect themselves spiritually as well as physically. This armor consists con-sists of truth, faith, love and understanding, sharing, appreciating, appreci-ating, and observing such principles prin-ciples as keeping the Word of Wisdom, temple marriage, keeping keep-ing the Sabbath Day holy, paying of tithes. He urged the importance impor-tance of setting a good example and speaking good of others. Arden Rowley, first counselor stressed the same basic ideas with emphasis on keeping the Sabbath. Day holy. Second counselor Stan Leavitt told of the importance of the family, the Joys of being together and of praying together. Clarence Robinson, regional representative urged all to make the maximum use of all parts of , the body so that they would not lose their usefulness.
