Dodge prior to his depature for an LDS Mission Mis-sion in the Western States. Services Ser-vices will be at 4:30 p.m. in the Orem 4th LDS Ward, 575 S. 400 W. Elder Dodge, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. Arvid Dodge graduated from Orem High School and LBS Seminary. He served six months active duty with the U.S. Army at Ft. Ord, Calif. Currently he is employed in construction. Another son of Mr. and Mrs. Dodge, Elder Seth M a rtin Bodge, is also serving an LDS Mission. He is located in Western West-ern Canada. Elder Roger L. Ford Elder Roger L. Ford will be honored by the Orem 26th LDS Ward Sunday prior to his departure for the Western States Mission of the LDS Church. Farewell Testimonial services ser-vices will be at 6:30 p.m. in the 26th Ward Chapel, 400 E. 400 N, Elder Ford, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo J. Ford, is the first missionary to leave from the 26th Ward. He will enter the Mission Home in Salt Lake City June 17. The missionary is a graduate gradu-ate of Orem High School where he was studentbody vice president and sang in the A Cappella Choir. He was student stu-dent body president at Lincoln Jr high school. He has attended BYU for a year and been employed em-ployed in Orem. Elder Lee Martin Kimball Farewell testimonial for Elder El-der Lee Martin Kimball will be held In Provo 21st LDS Ward, 155 N. 1350 W., Sunday June 16 at 6 p.m. Elder Kimball has accepted a call to serve in the Australian Austral-ian mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -day Saints. Son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Rodney Rod-ney Kimball, the missionary is a graduate of Brigham Young High School where he was involved as an athlete in football and baseball. He has attended Brigham Young University Uni-versity for a year. Currently he is employed in construction in Orem. Elder David Albert Thomas Elder David A. Thomas will be honored at a missionary farewell , testimonial Sunday, June 16 at 4:30 p.m. in the Orem 14th LDS Ward, 1700 S. 400 E., prior to his departure depart-ure for the North German Mission Field. Elder Thomas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Rees Thomas, has attended Brigham Young University during the past two years as a participant in the Honors Program. Under his scholarship he is studying prelaw, pre-law, with a major in political science and history. The missionary is a graduate of Orem High School, where he was editor of Tiger Talk, the student newspaper. He was also president of Forensic Club and a member of Sapere Aude. Elder Russell L. Harward Farewell testimonial services honor Elder Russell L. Harward Har-ward Sunday in the Orem 12th LDS Ward, 1450 S. 800 E., at 5:15 p.m. Elder Harward has been called to serve in the French Mission of the LDS Church. He will enter the mission home in Salt Lake June 17. The missionary is a son of Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Harward. He is a graduate of Orem LDS Seminary and Orem H igh School, where he was active in the band. During his senior year he was dance band leader. He plays the slide trombone. Since graduation he has been working and preparing for his mission. Elder Derril Barnum Elder Derril Barnum will be honored Sunday, June 16, at missionary farewell testimonial testimoni-al services in the Orem 15th LDS Ward Chapel, 1700 So. 400 E., at 6:30 p.m. Elder Barnum. has accepted a call to serve in the Great Lakes Mission of the LDS Church. He is son of Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Barnum. Elder Barnum is a graduate of LDS Seminary and Orem High School, where he was active in FFA. In addition to holding office in that organization, organiz-ation, he was on judging teams which won several prizes, and he won ribbons at the State Fair. He also sang in the A Cappella Choir. He has served serv-ed six months active duty with the U.S. Army and has been attending BYU since Christmas. He has also been employed at a local cafe. Elder Robert L. Heaps Elder Robert Lane Heaps will be honored at missionary farewell testimonial services Sunday, June 16 in the Orem 19th LDS Ward, 1450 So. 800 E. at 3:30 p.m. Elder Heaps has been called call-ed to serve a mission in Australia Aus-tralia for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Verge Heaps, the missionary is a graduate of Orem High School and LDS Seminary. He was a member of the A Cappella Choir and active as a member of the wrestling squad and football and baseball teams. He served six months with the U. S. Army at Ft. Ord, Calif., and has been working on construction construc-tion in Orem. Dairy Princess Sends Milk to Governor Romney June Dairy Month is in full swing, and Utah's observance of the event has extended all the way to the governor s mansion man-sion in Lansing, Michigan. A container of Utah Grade A milk was shipped via Umted Air Lines to Michigan's Governor Gover-nor George Romney, "to make sure that you personally will begin your observance of June Dairy Month with the finest milk in the land." The milk was plarced on the plane by Utah's Dairy Princess, beauteous Sue Ann Godde-ridge, Godde-ridge, and Dean W. Bateman, representing the American Dairy Association of Utah. Governor Romney had earli er taken the lead among the nation's governors in officially Droclaiming "June Is Dairy Month in the State of Michigan." Michi-gan." In reporting the proclamation, procla-mation, Dairy Record, national nation-al publication, noted that Gov ernor Komney r e p o r teuiy drinks nothing but milk." In a message to uovernor Romney, A. w. unam Ders, president of the ADA of Utah wrote: "The American Dairy Association of Utah salutes you as the foremost milk drinker among America's governors." Governor Romney is a former Utahn. Mr. Chambers also advised Governor Romney that "Utah Grade A milk for more than a decade has received honor roll rating in the biennial tests conducted for the United States Public Health Service." He added: "As further evidence evi-dence of the superiority of Utah milk, a study in August, 1962 of the Department of Agriculture Ag-riculture market administrator for the Great Basin Milk Mar keting Area, showed 99.16 per cent of the Grade A dairy farms supplying the area were equipped with r e frigerated milk tanks. (The Great Basin Milk Marketing Area includes most of Utah.) Estimates show that nationally 50 to 65 per cent of the Grade A dairy farms are equipped with these tanks, which protect milk's natural purity and flavor."
