A separate record shall bt kept by Orem City on all the above mentioned special improvements im-provements and the abutters portion of the costs and expenses ex-penses of said improvement will be paid for by a special tax or assessment on the pro perty above described back to a depth of 120 feet of the same ownership within the description descrip-tion above set forth and said tax or assessment shall be paid in ten equal annual installments install-ments with interest on the unpaid un-paid balance and the same will be levied according to the front foot or linear foot fronting upon or against all lots, pieces and parcels of land to be benefitted bene-fitted and affected by the improvement above described and all located within the special spe-cial , Improvement district All work set forth relative to the special improvements above mentioned is to be done according to the plans, pro-fi pro-fi es, and specifications on file in the office of the Orem City Engineer.
