Marion resident Jason Foust said bikes are allowed during a four-hour session each weekday and five-hour sessions on the weekend. Bicycles must be equipped with plugs on the handlebars, sprocket guards and plastic pegs in order to use the Skate Park, he said. Foust said the City Council will revisit the issue in July to determine whether bikes will be allowed in the park on a permanent per-manent basis. "Woolstenhulme had hollered at him and then grabbed him on the chin and arm calling him ... names," states an incident report taken by the dispatcher who received the call. Woolstenhulme said Monday that he didn't remember touching the individual. "He just made a wisecrack to me that ticked me off." Woolstenhulme said. "It was probably my fault." The County Commissioner from Oakley said he did not realize the Skate Park had been approved by the City Council for bicycles before confronting the bicyclist. Meanwhile, the Summit County Sheriff's Office is searching for the o.wners of two bicycles that have been recovered by the department during the past 30 days. A construction site was report edly burglarized in Summit County on June 17 at 12:16 p.m. A theft was reported from an apartment at Kimball Junction on June 17 at 2:38 p.m. Two automobiles were reportedly reported-ly burglarized near Kimball Junction on June 18.
