' According to Jans, the new line will incorporate new screen print and embroidery designs depicting the U.S. Skiing theme on T-shirts, sweatshirts, denim shirts, denim jackets and luggage. This line will also incorporate specialty items such as neckties and leather jackets. (RCIM), a resort management company in Corona, California, has promoted Ed Joseph to general manager of the ' Park Regency resort in Park City. Prior to his promotion, Joseph was assistant general manager of the Desert Breezes resort in Palm Desert, California. Previously, Joseph was manager of the RitzCarlton, Rancho Mirage, California; general manager of Hallmark Resort in Cannon Beach, Oregon and comptrolleraccounting manager for Holiday Inn in Santa Barbara, California. Joseph earned a B.A. in business administration from Clarion State University, Clarion, Pennsylvania. ' Orton to modernize FHA . Rep. Bill Orton recently introduced legislation that his office says would modernize the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), the housing market's sole provider of mortgages with very low down payments. Orton's legislation would introduce seven changes to the FHA, which historically has accounted for 25 percent of all home loans in Utah. The legislation proposes to eliminate a prohibition against parental loans in conjunction with an FHA mortgage, simplify the calculation of the down payment, insure a two-step mortgage, simplify how the FHA determines how much they can loan and three technical improvements.
