Nov. 11, 8:30 p.m. Backwash This Salt Lake City Band covers most everything the Grateful Dead has ever played, as well as a list of tunes from Little Feat and a number of originals. They'll be at The Alamo Nov. 10 and 11. 9:30 p.m. America This trio of Air Force brats has been creating American folkrock for years, and they'll play for free on Main Street Nov. 24 as part of the America's Opening Open-ing celebration. The street dance will begin at 7 p.m. James Cotton and Bonnie Raitt Few people are shedding any tears over the cancellation of John Denver since hearing this classic bluesman and this blueswoman will be taking his place Nov. 25 at the Park City Racquet Club.
