February 4, 1982 Page A15 ICS Ss Immunization clinic Ibe Summit County Health Department will hold its immunization im-munization clinic on Feb. 10, 1983 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Public Health Office, 467 Main St., Park City. No appointment appoint-ment is necessary. Community Clinic The Park City Community Clinic, a nonprofit family planning plan-ning program, will hold five clinics during the month of February: Feb-ruary: -February 3, 1982 at 1 p.m. -February 10, 1982 at 6 p.m. -February 17, 1982 at 9 a.m. -February 18, 1982 at 1 p.m. -February 23, 1982 at 9 a.m. The services offered include physical exams, PAP tests, counseling and education, VD screening, pregnancy testing and contraceptive supplies. The cost of these services is minimal, or on a sliding fee scale (you pay according to your ability). No one will be denied use of the clinic and all services are confidential. All services are confidential and affordable. Chapel Fellowship The Chapel Fellowship meeting is held every Sunday at 9:30a.m. at Prospector Square. Everyone is welcome. Parking during plowing During the snow season, there will be no parking on the east side of each street throughout Park City, and no on-street on-street parking at all in the Park Meadows area to facilitate snow plowing. Vehicles parked on that side of the street will be ticketed at this time of the year. Surplus cheese There is government surplus cheese at the Senior Citizens Center, 1361 Norfolk Ave. This cheese will be given to persons 60 years and older, and to needy, poor families. There will be someone at the center to give out cheese on Monday and Thursday, from 1 to 4 and from 7 to 8 p.m. for the next two weeks, or until the cheese is gone. It will be given out on a first-come, first served basis. If you are questioned about age or need, you will need proof of same. Also, you will have to sign your name and address to get cheese. Tax instructions Now you can save money by doing your tax forms yourself with the help of federal income tax instructions on cassette tapes, available at the Park City Library. The cassette tapes are provided by the IRS and can be used in the library using their recorders, or you can bring your own recorder. They contain step-by-step guidelines for the preparation of IRS Forms 1040A and 1040, as well as instructions instruc-tions for completing Schedules A and B, the two schedules most eomraonly usedkwith vthe.,1040Tjuqyfcj:epoilr itemized deductions and income from interest and dividends on these schedules. Sewer District meeting The Snyderville Basin Sewer Improvement District will be holding its meetings on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month beginning at 7 p.m. in the district offices. Sewer fees Sewer connection fees within the Snyderville Basin Sewer District have been increased to $2,000 per unit effective Feb. 8, 1982. Connection fees will not be accepted from projects which do not have current line extension agreements. Dealing with divorce, family separation The Parent Education Resource Center (PERC) and the Prevention Center are sponsoring a group for parents and their children who are undergoing changes in their family which are a result of divorce or separation of family members. mem-bers. The group will meet once a week for four to six weeks from 7p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Parley's Park Elementary School starting start-ing Thursday, Feb. 25, 1982. The group is open to all single parents, or potential single parents, and their children. Preregistration is encouraged, but not required. There is no fee involved. Women's basketball Women's basketball takes place in the Memorial Bldg. on Mondays from 7-8:30 p.m. Come out for a strong workout with women who are forming the Park City Women's Basketball Team. Sharpshooters' rifle Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:45 - 5 p.m. Instructor: Bruce Henderson, director of Recreation. Kids ages 8 -14 years will receive training in the basics of correct gun handling and marksmanship, firearm safety and shooting competition. A prerequisite for the fall hunter safety course. Daisy air guns will be used for instruction. Cost: free. Location: Memorial Building rifle range. Karate Tuesday evenings, 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Instructor: Jim Miller, black belt, Chinese kempo.
