In conjunction with the Two Millionth Meal Contest, Nebo School District is also celebrating National School Breakfast Week. Beginning March 8, and continuing through the 12th school districts across the nation will encourage students stu-dents to "Navigate Your Day with School Breakfast". A balanced breakfast and good nutrition through out the day improves reasoning and test taking skills. Breakfast is the most important and can be the most rushed meal of the day. Many students do not get breakfast as they dash out the door for school. Students who skip breakfast break-fast find it more difficult to concentrate and are at a disadvantage in the class room.
