Estate planning clinic planned A clinic on "Estate Planning" will begin in the Little Theatre at the Spanish Fork High School, on January 28, under the sponsorship spon-sorship of Utah State University and the Utah County Extension Service. Registration will be at 9:15 a.m. and the program will ad-' journ at 4 p.m. There is a registration fee. Topics of vital interest to property owners will be presented during a two-hour session in the morning followed by practical workship sessions during the remainder of the day. Seldom is the public offered an opportunity to gain instruction in estate planning principles and techniques under such capable instuctors as scheduled for the clinic. Just as important, you will receive training in a relaxed atmosphere without financial or personal obligation. Don't be one of many who seem to believe their estate planning is complete with a "will." Unless your planning avoids probate, avoids taxes, and transfers ownership to heirs while retaining benefits for you and your spouse, you have much more to do. If you love your wife and family enough to build an estate for them, assure yourself they - will receive maximum benefits from your efforts and your estate won't become a source of contention for your family to fight over upon your passing.
