One or more of said installments install-ments in order of which they are payable aforesaid, or the whole tax may be paid within fifteen days after the Ordinance levying levy-ing the tax becomes effectlva without interest; and one or more of said installments in the order of which they are payable, or the whole tax unpdid, may be paid -on the day any installment ite due by paying the amount thereof and interest to sairi dav.
