C. at Logan Payson Youth To Be Returned Home Robert Kenneth Montague, 22, of Payson, identified by his draft regisration cards at Kansas City, Kan., when asked help in identifying identi-fying himself there, likely will be returned home at once, officers said today. The youth, a son of Mr. and Mrs. David L. Montague, apparently appar-ently is suffering from loss of memory. A report from Kansas City said he had relatively new scars on one ear and one arm WhiCh must have been incurred since he left Payson three months ago. Patrolman Advanced To Second Grade Upon recommendation of Police Chief Claud P. Hawkins, the Provo city commission today passed pass-ed a motion advancing Officer Jesse W. Evans from a third grade patrolman at . $115 per month to a second grade patrolman patrol-man at $125, effective October 1. Evans was appointed to the department August 1, 1940 from the classified civil service lists. He was promoted to third grade patrolman November 25, 1940.
