J. Morrow of Orem and Glenn R. Bagley, son of Mrs. Irene Thompson of Provo. Rev. W. J. Howes performed the nuptial rites in, the presence of family members and close friends. The bride, . given in marriage by her father, wore a traditional white 5 satin gown, entrain, with long sleeves and a lace yoke accenting ac-centing the scalloped neckline. She carried a bouquet of red roses and white gladiolus with a shower of ribbon streamers. , V Attending as maid of honor 2 was Jane Johnson, wearing a 1 Drettv blue formal with a wide- . brimmed white hat. Howard Jensen, was master of ceremonies for an interesting program. Refreshments were under the direction of Mrs. June Merrill and Mrs. Genevieve Schnore. Susie Stubbs and Mildred Bryant received gifts at the door and gave tnem to Nancy Whiteman and Ann Bottell, who carried them to the gift room which was under the direction of Mrs. C. R Van Winkle. Miss Birdene Terry compli mented the bride with a bridal shower at her home and Mr. and Mrs. 'Marvin Gease entertained at a smart dinner function for the couple, . Patti graduated from Provo high school this year and Mr. White served for two years in the navy. The couple returned from their honeymoon to live at 373 North Fifth West. ' Art Exhibit To Remain Open Mrs. John Van Cott -announces that the art exhibit, which features fea-tures art from, the Young galleries gal-leries in Chicago, will be open .through the month, of Septem-"ber Septem-"ber at the J. Rulon Morgan home. The exhibit, scheduled to close last Sunday, is remaining open hy popular demand, according to Mrs. Van Cott. Anna M , to Warren L. Thomas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Thomas, Provo. The pair will be married Sept. 19 at the home of the bride's parents. After the ceremony they will go to Las Vegas on a honey moon, alter wnicn mey win return re-turn to Provo to make their home. Both young people are gradu ates of Provo high school. Mr. Thomas served with the U. S. army during World War II. Bu I lock-Brown Wedding Held A wedding ceremony Sept. 10 united Lois Bullock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy K. Bullock, and Stanley G. Brown,' son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry T. Brown. The bride wore a lovely white crepe dress with finger-tip veil and carried a bride's bouquet of. white gladiolus and rosebuds. Attending At-tending her as matron of honor was Mrs. Helen Thompson, gowned in green, and bridesmaids were Doris Wetzel and Diane Bill ings, both dressed in blue. Dressed in pink were little flower girls, Kay Rogers and Mary Ann Tanner. Tan-ner. All ladles in; the. party car ried nosegays. Vincent Brown attended at-tended his brother as best man. The bridal party entered to the tune of Lohengrin Wedding March played by Mrs. Evelyn Lord. Bishop Bish-op Cook performed the ceremony at the Third ward chapel. Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Tanner greeted the guests at the reception recep-tion which followed the cere mony. In the receiving line were Mr. and Mrs. Roy K. Bullock. Mr. and Mrs. Flake Rogers and the bridal party. Flake Rogers was master of ceremonies for the program. Refreshments were served from a table centered with a large wedding cake. Friends of the bride were in charge. Gifts were displayed under the direction of Mrs. Florence Brown. After a honeymoon, the couple will be at home to their friends at 641 West First South. Her flowers were Bubrum lilies and red roses with white ribbon and lace streamers. A beaded crown held the fingertip veil. They were gowned fn pastel formals. Allan Danielson served the groom as best man. Carroll Loveless and Gail Cook wera flower-girls with Linda Boyer and Bob Gottfredson carrying the bride's train. An interesting program was dancing and refreshments enjoyed. The gift room was in charge of Mrs. Rachel Beck, Mrs. Melba , Thomas, Mrs. Norma Brady and Miss Flora Beck.
