Hanson, Han-son, of St George, Utah, wish to announceThe engagement of their daughter Glenna, to Gerald A. Huff, son of Mr. and Mrs. JV Alma Huff, 211 South Sixth West, Provo. The marriage will be solemnized solem-nized in the St George, LDS temple on Dec. 21. The bride-to-be is a graduate of the Dixie Junior college, St George. She -formerly lived in 'Roosevelt, Utah, where a wedding reception wil lbe held Dec. 28. Gerald is a- graduate of Provo high school and seminary. He served four years in the navy during dur-ing World War II. Both are at present attending Utah State Agricultural college, Logan, Utah where they will make their home. After a honeymoon in Utah canyons, they went to Portland, Oregon, where they were tendered a reception at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas L. Smart. DeLong, matron of honor, who wore a grey crepe frock with russet chrysanthe mums and yellow roses. Over two hundred guests were served. Dr. and Mrs. Wayne B. Hales, parents of the groom, were 1n Portland for the reception.
