This "hearing "hear-ing arises from the fact that receipts re-ceipts for the current fiscal year will exceed the amount anticipated antici-pated in the budget because of increase in local "tax collections and State revenues. The increased increas-ed State revenues is due to the fact that the local census enumeration enum-eration was considerably larger than anticipated.
