Phone Mr. Jensen 159-W or 1471-W The wrestling season in Provo will be brought to a climax next Tuesday night when the Provo firemen fire-men will put on the third and best card topped by two sensational welterweight tussles. In one headliner event Jack Mitchell, powerful Seattle slammer will meet Hy Sharman, the man who inspires " both Mitchell and Henry Jones to high blood pressure, press-ure, thoughts of mahern,. dirty tricks and just plain 'mad.' Jones will also be seen in the other headliner, this time matched up with Dory Detton, one of the most promising of the younger crop of grapplers in Salt Lake. Dern Not Referees "Ira Dern will not be the third man in the ring in the Sharman-Mitchell Sharman-Mitchell bout," Jones said Saturday. Satur-day. "Sharman fouled Mitchell in their other bout here and it's not going to happen again." The history of the Jones-Shar-man-Mitchell bouts is like a page torn from the log book of the Boer war. Only nobody gets bored in these matches. First Mitchell met Sharman in what everyone who witnessed it termed was one of the best ever seen here. After an hour of hair-pulling, hair-pulling, whip-wristlocking, and action ac-tion by the Nelsons, 'Half and 'Full,' each man had secured a fall. Kick Brings Fall-Then Fall-Then Mitchell re-doubled his speed. Six times he slammed the Salt Laker to the canvas, most of the time through the ropes. Sharman Shar-man rushed into a coiner and Mitchell after him then zoop! Sharman's feet drew back like a long bow and he catapulted the black-haired Seattle man to his back with a very questionable kick. Mitchell and his backers claimed a foul but Ira allowed the match to Sharman. Then Jones went to Salt Lake to battle Sharman. Although Jones took the only fall of the evening yet the bout was given to Sharman Shar-man on a fall. Jones had battled five policemen, kayoed the referee and butted Sharman into the fourth row of the paid admissions where both he and a gentleman who had been quietly watching the bout were rendered 'on compus delirium.' delir-ium.' Since then .Jones has been working work-ing overtime in training Mitchell for another chance at the large-eared large-eared Salt Lake welter. But from Mitchell's last bout he needs little training to cope with the cunning and speedy Sharman. Both bouts will be to a finish and the grapplers will flip up to determine the top spot.
