All games will be played at Timp park. 3 EX-DEPUTIES ARE INDICTED OGDEN, June G (U.i: Twenty-two Twenty-two indictments have been returned return-ed by the federal grand jury out of 24 cases presented since the body began deliberations Monday. The hearings are being conducted by Jucge Tillman D. Johnson. Three ex-deputies of Sheriff Clifford Clif-ford Patten of S. L. county were indicted on charges of conspiracy to violate the federal prohibition law. They are James R. McTntyre, Emmett Adams, and Orone Timothy Timo-thy who served in the Bingham canyon district. Stephen F. Stephenson, former postmaster at Riverton, was charged charg-ed with embezzlement involving $2662.18 . Two indictments were not revealed, re-vealed, because of possible interference inter-ference with apprehension of the defendants. Other cases consisted chiefly of minor prohibition violations, automobile auto-mobile thefts, and counterfeiting.
