I I n r 1 v- & Mindy Martin, of Vernal, caught a 60.6 lb fish while fishing at the Waterfall Resort, in Alaska. The fish put her in first place and she received the title, Queen of the Year. The fish put her in first place for the 2007 season and she received the title, Queen of the Year. She won a two week cruise for two people and a trip back to Alaska next year. The Martins made their an nual trip to the Waterfall Resort, and Martin will now be a member of the resorts famous 60-pound King Salmon Club. Last year at same spot on the same day, her brother caught a 57.3 lb fish. The Waterfall resort is located on the west coast of Prince of Wales Island, 60 miles northwest of Ketchikan. Alaska. |
