She graduated from Uintah High School in 2001. She is currently employed with Uintah School District. The groom is the son of Todd and Carol Massey. He graduated from Uintah High School in 1999 and served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Perth, Australia. He is currently employed with Deserado Mine. The couple plan to make their home in Vernal. Megan Holmes and Casey Lee Christensen will be married in the Vernal Temple on April 30. A reception will be held in their honor that evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Uintah Stake Center. For just $4, participants will be served a Navajo taco, ice cream and lemonade or coffee. There will also be a silent auction fund raiser, which will showcase many items donated from local businesses. The dinner and the fund raiser will raise funds to finish the church, which is currently on phase two of three. She is also a member of the Junior Spurs 4-H Horse Club, for which she is currently cur-rently serving as the publicity person. per-son. She also placed fourth in trail, and plans to obtain her Young Women in Action award by the end of this year. Scott plans to graduate from Uintah High School in the spring of 2005. She hopes to have obtained an associate degree in a pre-health field from Utah State University Uintah Basin by that time. In the fall of 2005, she plans to attend Colorado Northwestern Community College for the dental hygiene program.
