Show Vernal Express Wednesday, October RESOLUTION NO: 97-10 RESOLUTION DESCRIBING SERVICE AREA AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING WHEREAS, the Mountain Moun-tain View Subdivision in Daggett County has need to improve its roads; and WHEREAS, a petition complying with provisions provi-sions of Section 17A-2-401 et. seq. has been filed with the County; and WHEREAS, the Daggett County Commission has reviewed the petitions for the creation of the county service area to improve the roads of the Mountain View Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Section 17A-2-406 requires the Daggett County Commission Commis-sion to pass a resolution describing the service area and fixing a hearing; hear-ing; NOW THEREFORE, the Daggett County Commission Com-mission finds that in order or-der to be in compliance with Section 17A-2-406 it must pass a resolution containing the information informa-tion required in said section; sec-tion; WHEREFORE, the proposed county service area boundaries are as follows: Beginning at the Southeast South-east corner of Section 19, Township 3 North, Range 20 East, Salt Lake Base & Meridian and running thence; South 89 56'00" West 3969.08 feet, thence; North 026'12" East 1984.46 feet, thence; South 8959'50" East 1321.99 feet, thence; North 024'25" East 660.95 feet, thence; South 8958'26" East 2643.28 feet, thence; South 020'51" West 2639.50 feet to the point of beginning. WHEREFORE, the proposed services to be provided in the county service area are road improvement im-provement in the Mountain Moun-tain View Subdivision; and WHEREFORE, the name of the proposed county service area is Daggett County Service Area No. 005; and WHEREFORE, a tax sufficient to pay for all such services which are furnished on an extended basis will be annually levied upon all taxable property within such area or a service charge will be collected from the users of such services within the area, or by a combination of the property prop-erty tax and the service charge; and .
