Show A BIG WAVE is created by Uintah Basin Water Ski Tournament contestant, Carl Rygg. The expert-novice champion was won by Rygg and twenty competitors took part in the tournament, which was held at Steinaker Reservoir. Chuck Sundby captured second place. , Robert Preeter snared too honors in the advanced novice class and Bryon Rickman netted second place. Ross Wamsley garnered first place in the beginner novice division and Steve Hejl nabbed second. David Sereech finished third. First place in the novice class was won by Mark Gudac. Tim Hill placed second and Gloria Sundby picked up third place. Twenty entrants in four classes took part in the water ski tournament.
