Show Wed/Thurs/Fri, September 9-11, 2009 The Park Record B-2 Second annual Huck Fest at Utah Olympic Park REC REPORT PARK CITY MOUNTAIN RESORT The PayDay chairlift and resort base activities open from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from noon to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The Town Lift is open noon to S p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and closed Monday through Thursday. Summer activities will close on Oct. 18. THE CANYONS RESORT Farmers' Markets are each Wednesday through the end of October from noon to 6 p.m. in the cabriolet parking lot The Canyons is open for summer activities including scenic gondola rides, mountain biking, hiking and alpine disc golf. DEER VALLEY Lift-served mountain biking, hiking and scenic rides will continue operating weekends only after Labor Day through Sept. !3 (conditions permitting). Last day of summer operation is Sept. 13. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily for the Silver Lake Express and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily for the Sterling Express. Helmets are required for bikers. For more information, call (435) 649-1000 or visit www.deervalley.com. * UTAH OLYMPIC PARK The Utah Olympic Park is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays).Admission is free and includes a self-guided tour of the 2002 Olympic competition sites and access to the Alf Engen Ski Museum and 2002 Eccles Olympic Winter Games Museum. Guided tours of the venue are offered daily at the top of the hour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Comet Bobsled operates from I to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays only.
