Chefs inducted into Who's Who of Chefs The International Who's Who of Chefs recently announced the biographies of chefs from the Park City area to appear in the first edition of The International Who's Who of Chefs book 2004-2005, which has just been published. The Park City area chefs are among almost 3,000 of the best chefs from 70 countries selected for induction after a rigorous screening process. The inductees include Chef Scott Boberek of Bistro Toujours, Chef Jerry Garcta of Chez Betty and Chef Btll Hufferd and Chef Jady Tlppetts of Riverhouse Cafe. The biographies include personal and family data, education and professional background, employment history, awards, recognitions and citations, media critiques and publications. In addition, most of the chefs gave their signature recipes for inclusion in the book. Van Cott announces board of directors The law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy announces that Thomas T. Billings, John A. Snow, and Stephen K. Christiansen have been elected to serve on Van Cott's 20042005 board of directors. They join current board members, Stephen D. Swindle and Matthew F. McNulty, III.
