Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of January, 1990, at 10:00 A.M. at the main entrance to the Courts Building, Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by BRYAN W. CANNON, as Trustee, and ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES, SERV-ICES, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by COLIN D. STOTT AND MARY M. STOTT, as Trustors, recorded July 7, 1987, as Entry No. 0793030 in Book 1178 at Page 724 of Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES, SERV-ICES, by reason of certain obligations ob-ligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded September 28, 1989, as Entry No. 870600, in Book 1315, at Page 187 of said Official Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Associates Financial Services. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, the following described property located at 2164 South Sorrento Drive, Woods Cross, Davis County, State of Utah: All of Lot 215, SORRENTO ESTATES NO. 2, a Subdivision of a part of section 36, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian in the City of Woods Cross, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
