Show Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Dolores M. Sepulveda, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded June 27, 1990 as Entry No. 895037, in Book 1358, at Page 209, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 2581 North 1100 West, Layton, in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 123, ROBINWOOD SUBDIVISION NO. 1, Layton City, Davis County, Utah, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded January 23, 1992 as Entry No. 955631, in Book 1464. at Paae 895. of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of ?aying obligations secured by said rust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
