Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property prop-erty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, the 25th day of October, 1989, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING, at the Northeast Nor-theast corner of the South half of Lot 2, Block 2, IRFRED PARK SUBDIVISION, Amended Plat, a subdivision of part of Section 1, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, and part of Section 36, Township 2 North, Nor-th, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, according to the official offi-cial plat thereof, and running thence South 89 degrees 1315" West 150.0 feet to the Northwest comer of the South half of said Lot 2; thence South 0 degrees 27' East 76.60 feet to a point 1.60 feet South 0 degrees 27' East from the Northwest Nor-thwest comer of Lot 3, in said Block 2i thence North 89 degrees 13'15" East 150.0 feet to the West line of a street; thence North 0 degrees 27' West 76.60 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
