The marriage was performed by Temple I President : Edgar M, Denny. A wedding luncheon lun-cheon was hosted by the groom's -parents Mowing the ceremony. $ . A reception was held in the Bountiful 31st Ward that evening given by parents of the-bride, Donna and Fred Lowell Petersen. The groom is the son of Lois and Jack . Pickett of BountifuL Attendants to the bride were , Holly Uraancic, matron of honor ". and sister of the bride, from Glen-dale, Glen-dale, Arizona; Lisa Petersen, the bride's sister-in- law, and Lisa Unto Un-to with Amy Jean Urbancic as . flowergirl. Scott M. Petersen served as an usher. The bride's full length gown was in satin with the bodice and high' puffed sleeves covered with pearls and beads. The long train was trimmed with rows of ruffles in organza and elegant cut work lace. H;r veil was a head band of pearls, beads and flowers with ruffled rows of organza. She carried a cascading bouquet of white and peach roses. The attendants were dressed in matching forest green crepe dresses with dropped waists, pleated skirts and white Battenburg lace collars. They wore wreaths of peach roses and baby breath in their hair and carried peach roses. Mothers of the bride and groom wore dresses in peach and corsages of roses and baby breath. The groom was dressed in a HEATHER LYN PETERSEN white tuxedo and the other men in the party were dressed in black tuxedos tux-edos with green cummerbunds and ties. Jill Nielsen of Denver, Colorado attended the guest book. Prenuptial parties were given by Carol Lawrence, Janese Yoho, Pat Merrill, Ruth Dayhuff, Juanita Price, Janice Price and June Endriz-zi; Endriz-zi; Cynthia Muracami and Sherilyn Sloan; Kathy Pickett; Angela Smedley and Brenda Carter. A family dinner and grocery shower was given by Mrs. Dora Trowbridge, grandmother of the groom. The couple will make their home in Bountiful. The bride is a graduate of Viewmont High School and has attended the University of Utah. The groom is a graduate of Viewmont View-mont High School and is continuing his schooling toward an engineering degree at Salt Lake Community College. |
