Published in the Davis County Clipper on July 12, 1989 Issue No. 23 C-390 NOTICE-" Section' 4.9.2 of the Utah Air Conservation Con-servation Regulations (UACR) requires re-quires gasoline vapors to be recovered during the transfer of gasoline gaso-line to storage tank containers located in Salt Lake and Davis Counties. Many gasoline storage tanks will be tested for leaks or installed in Salt Lake and Davis Counties over the next few years. The vapors emitted during the transfer of gasoline to these tanks while being tested are required re-quired to be captured and not emitted to the air, according to Section 4.9.2, UACR. .... . . Gasoline storage testers and in-stallers in-stallers are hereby notified that testing and installation must be performed in accordance with Section 4.9.2. ' UACR, regarding - gasoline Vapor recovery (Le recovery of 90 by weight of the vapors emitted during transfer) OR the gasoline storage tank tester or installer is required to submit, sub-mit, prior to the testing or installation of any gasoline storage tanks that may not recover vapors in accordance with Section 4.9.2, a request for variance from this regulation.
