The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 15th day of March, 1989 at 11:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by LOWELL E. PETERSEN, as Trustors, Trus-tors, and recorded March 28, 1986 as Entry No. 973 1296 in Book 1080 at pages 826 of the Official Records of DAVIS County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness inde-btedness in favor of MARKETBORO , DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a Utah Limited Partnership (now owned and held by Marketboro Development Company, a Utah Limited Partnership) .by reason of the breach of certain obligations obli-gations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October, Octo-ber, 1988 as Entry No. 838221 in Book 1258 at page 713 of said Official Records. Re-cords. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property at 483 Market Street, in (he City of Kaysville, County of Davis, State of Utah: All of Lot9, MARKETBORO, ' a subdivision of part of Sections 33 and 34, Township 4 North,' v Range I West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Kaysville, according to the official plat v thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of . said Deed, interest thereon and the un- ' paid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
