Shape Up sefefor Satpi;te Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is offering offer-ing real hope for new and comprehensive' compre-hensive' treatments. Scientists are close to a breakthrough that will enable them to identify the deadly CF gene. This step will significantly significan-tly impact the Foundation's goal of finding a cure in time for those people peo-ple who have CF now. The Shape Up for Cystic Fibrosis is one workout you won't want to miss! Towne' and Country Health and Racquet Club is sponsoring the event in Woods Cross on Feb. 25 from 8 a.m. to noon to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Fpundation. Everyone, Every-one, every age, is welcome. ' -This event is part of a nationwide nation-wide campaign held in exercise facilities. fa-cilities. If you want to work out for health, fun, prizes and the children that need your help, please attend. Shape up' participants will -collect pledges for each minute exercised in an, aerobic program, and will receive prizes based on the amount of money they collect.- Prizes include in-clude stereos, cordless telephones and cameras. A mini-racquetball tournament . will be held along with a wallyball -rallyAlL events wilL end .at noon, and a drawing for prizes will be held. All dollars will help fund the research to find a cure for CF. Last year, Shape Up events across the country raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the CF Foundation.'
