Show International Moscow Soviet authorities lifted a 13-hour ban Wednesday and permitted Japan Air Lines (JAL) officials to inspect the wreckage of a JAL DC8-62 jetliner which caught fire and crashed on takeoff from Sheremetyeveo airport Tuesday night, killing 60 persons. JAL officials said there were 15 survivors most of them Japanese and one person unaccounted for. The survivors were hospitalized and officials reported most of them in good condition. National Cape Kennedy-With the Apollo 17 countdown beginning Thursday morning, the launch director Wednesday said preparations for the final moon expedition have gone better than the 10 previous manned Apollo missions.
