They include: 1. The Circle on lower campus, 2. Cottam's Gulch, south of the Natural History Museum, 3. Land between the north periphery and residential housing on Military Way and Penrose Dr. 4. Land around the Sill Living Center, 5. Land below the 5200 foot level between the Medical Center and This Is the Place Monument. A natural bike path and walkway is planned for this area. The "B" area refers to undeveloped un-developed land and includes all University-owned land above the 5200 foot contour line east of the campus. Varley said he has been approached ap-proached by people who wish to donate preserved land to the University in areas ranging from the Colorado River area ot Southern Utah to the High Uintas. |
