Show I Udidates show voting records in 1971-1972 ASUU Assembly issues are summarized in the chart. Marching Band was to receive one-third of its money from ASUU under the plan Senior Class President and five for President and Vice-President. The voting records of the 19 on important lill P of the 191 candidates for ASUU office, nj fi'e in this year's assembly. Twelve are in Inning for the assembly again, two for before the assembly. Bill 34 created College Councils. Athletics Bill 45 would have given the Department of Athletics $0 instead of $240,000. Bill 49 would have given the Department of Athletics $80,000 with $160,000 placed in a reserve fund. The College of Humanities College Council was approved on Nov. 18, with chairman Todd Hayes casting the tie-breaking vote. Opponents felt the Council was not apportioned ap-portioned according to population of departments. Bill 60 recommended that $1 per student per quarter be taken away from athletic funding every year until the Athletic fee was $3 per student per quarter. Bill 77 was the Vice Presidential Task Force on Athletics' recommendations. It included lessening the Athletic Fee to $4 per student per quarter with the savings given to University Recreation. Bill 94 gave KUER $5,000 and Bill 97 established a Human Sexuality Information In-formation and Counseling Center.
