Show World being pagm by war, dissent, . u Of the nearly 51,000 ROTC cadets on campuses all across the United States, four are selected to meet with the Secretary of the Army's Advisory Panel on ROTC Affairs. Cloyd B. Catrell, a senior in the University Army ROTC, was recently chosen as one of those four. Mr. Catrell will be flown to Washington, D.C., on Nov. 3 to participate in two days of meetings with 18 university presidents and faculty members and outstanding representatives from fields other then education. From the suggestions and criticisms of Cloyd Catrell and his colleagues, the panel will introduce in-troduce changes into th Army ROTC program. He will also appear on national TV while in Washington, to discuss his views on ROTC. Mr. Catrell is a National Merit Scholar studying pre-med, and is second in command of the cadet battalion on campus. The University's Army ROTC program is working to form a more progressive education program. The aims of this program are to work with developing an academic study approach towards current social problems. Capt.
