Show Conservatives to debate a Wallace President Presidential hopeful, George Wallace, will be the subject of a debate "Wallace is the One" to be discussed Monday by two conservatives. William A. Rusher and Mark E. Anderson will debate ex-Gov. Wallace's qualifications as a future President in Ballif West Auditorium, Ballif Hall, at 8 p.m. Buckley Man Mr. Rusher, the publisher of William Buckley's National Review magazine, will be the first special Residence Hall Association (RHA) guest this year. Mr. Rusher will make an appearance at an open "Bull Session" at the Hinkley Caucus Room at 2 p.m. and an afternoon lecture at 4 p.m. in the Seminar Room of Van Cott Basement - A Wing. Conservative Spokesman The publisher of the National Review is known as an advocate of the American conservative position today. As an orator and debater he will present the con aspects of a Wallace Presidency. Mr. Anderson, a lawyer and recently a candidate for the U.S. Senate against Republican Sen. Wallace F. Bennett, will be the proponent. Mr. Rusher is a graduate of Princeton's School of Public and International Affairs and the Harvard Law School. He has been a member of the New York Bar for 19 years and practiced law in Wall Street's largest law firm. As a member of the Internal Security subcommittee of the U.S. Senate, he has been instrumental in the investigation of communism in America.
