Show Memory, Drugs An in depth discussion of the mechanisms of learning and memory mem-ory in the human brain and how drugs can interact and affect these processes will be presented by Dr. Leonard Cook, director of the Exploratory Ex-ploratory Psychopharmacology Research Re-search Program with Smith, Kline and Froenh Laboratories, Monday at 3 p.m. in Classroom A of the University Medical Center. Sponsored by the University Neuroscience Colloquim and the Department of Pharmacology, Dr. Cook will discuss "Learning and Memory Processes." Dr. Cook is a graduate of Rutgers Rut-gers and Yale Universities and has completed research positions in neurology, cardiology and pharmacology pharm-acology as well as psychopharmacology psychopharma-cology with the Smith, Kline and French firm in Philadelphia, Pa. He is a member of the American Society of Pharmacology and Experimental Ex-perimental Therapeutics. |
