Also lost are the number three hurler Brent Arnold and outfielders Vic Johansen and Bobby Mcleod. Sensational junior rookie Steve Rudulovich from last year has been moved to first base from left field. Steve batted .365 and hit nine home runs in his first college season. Mike Beye-ler Beye-ler is again expected to hold down the Keystone sack. Jerry Pullman and transfer Jack Loughton are battling it out for the hot corner with sophomore Jack Gehrke having the inside track at short Gehrke could be another great one for the Utes. Barry Arnold looks like the number one receiver with back ups from Dave Disorbio, Clyde Eggett and Dean Whitworth. THE OUTFIELD is presently uncertain but should come from veterans Jack White, Tex Tol-man Tol-man and Rus Van Fleet or newcomers new-comers Mark Theodore, Kent Norris, Tom Buxton and Dave Edmonds. Also returning from last year's mound staff are senior veterans Dennis Udy who has been looking look-ing much improved in early workouts. Senior reliefer Wally Douglas is also back and should help. Juniors George Allen and southpaw Brad Cowley should see a lot of action this year. Both appear stronger than , last year. Up from last year's fresh man squad are three right handers, Pat Clark, John Nord-quist Nord-quist and Dave Duncan Duncan was a top high school hurler out of San Diego and could work right into the starting start-ing role. John Bobich, a transfer from California, rounds out the Ute 10 man staff. Coach Pres Summerhays has been head baseball coach at the University for the past 11 years and during that time his teams won three titles in the now disbanded dis-banded Skyline Conference. His teams won Skyline buntings in 1953, 1959 and 1960. LAST YEAR the Utes under the direction of Pres won the Northern Division of the Western West-ern Athletic Conference.
