Show 1 , ' j 1 I r f ; j 1 DiplomatPlots ImageAbroad Fisher Howe, the University's resident diplomat, will make the major address of his visit Monday, Mon-day, Jan. 17, in OSH Auditorium at 8:15 p.m. His topic will be: "As Others See Us: The American Ameri-can Image Abroad." A CAREER diplomat, Howe plans a fresh, stimulating viewpoint view-point for this highly controversial controver-sial subject. The lecture will be open to the public withou charge. Howe is a State Department Senior Fellow, a Harvard graduate, gradu-ate, and has had experience in the international textile business. He has served in such varied government posts as Special Assistant As-sistant to the Undersecretary, Executive Secretary of the Board of Foreign Service, Deputy De-puty Director of Research and Intelligence, and Executive Secretary Sec-retary in the Department of State.
