Show Traffic Bureau Distributes Passes For Out-OfState Cars "Non-resident students driving on home-state plates should come to the Traffic Bureau for passes," says E. C. McGarry of the University Uni-versity Traffic Control Section. MR. McGARRY pointed out that while out-of-state students are not bothered by campus police, they often run afoul of the city and state police. By picking up a permit from the Bureau, a non-resident may drive with no trouble as long as he is a registered student. |
